Art journal page for Lindy's

Salut a tous. Aujourd'hui je vous présente un tuto d'une page de Art journal et le principe de Gelli plate. J'ai adoré. Le tuto est en anglais mais on le comprends très bien et biensûr il ya un petit vidéo de tout cela. 

Hi Gang, it’s Cindy here with a beautiful Art journal Page, made with Lindy's Magicals, a Gelli Plate and Golden Products  to create amazing custom backgrounds.

I used Magicals and a Gelli Plate  to create my own gorgeous printed papers for my art journal page, I've used the same technique to create four different looks.

Basic Technique

1. Mix Magical powder with a Golden product: Clear Tar Gel, Acrylic Glazing Liquid, Soft Gel (Gloss)  or Regular Gel (Semi-Gloss) and add onto the Gelli plate.
   
2. Use Stencils to create texture and pattern and print onto your paper

Print #1 uses: Magicals: Dark Chocolate Truffle, Milk Chocolate Brown & Creme Brulee Cream), stencils and Clear Tar Gel

Print #2 uses: Sweet Treats- Magicals - Cotton Candy Pink, Creme Brulee Cream, TiffanyLou Blue, stencils and Acrylic Glazing Liquid (Gloss).

Print #3 uses: Sweet Treats- Magicals - TiffanyLou Blue, Milk Chocolate Brown, Creme Brulee Cream, stencils and Soft Gel (Gloss)

Print #4 uses: Sweet Treats- Magicals: Dark Chocolate Truffle, Cotton Candy Pink, Creme Brulee Cream, stencil and Regular Gel (Semi-Gloss)

Once all the Gelli printed papers were dry, I cut circles from the papers to add even more interest and texture to the art journal page.

Play around with your design and then glue all the circles onto the background.

I coated this chipboard design with Embossing Powder  Fiddlehead Fern Green Blue - Midnight Emerald

To finish off the page I played with Sweet Treats- MAGICAL Shimmer Powders  (Cotton Candy Pink, Dark Chocolate Truffle, TiffanyLou Blue, Milk Chocolate Brown, Creme Brulee Cream) and mixed them with water to create splatters.

The final result:

I can't believe all the different color combinations and looks you can get with just one set of Lindy's Magical powders!
